Setting a time to update the list in each State, is tricky because everyone lives in a different time zone, some people
live in the same State with different time zones… So please keep that in mind. The list update will shortly after the
State’s drawing. If you are waiting on the State page waiting for an updated list and it hasn't updated, it probably
has you just need to refresh your browser to view the list, or check back at a later time.

Yes, if you are member get in the habit of checking the date at the top of the list... Every draw time a new list is
generated and is unique to that state and time, check the date at the top of the list that was generated for that draw
time, and make sure that it is current for that draw time. If the list is not current I would recommend not playing
anything on the list (That’s up to you…). Wait until a current list becomes available on the next drawing.

If the server goes down, please be patient, It will be up as soon as humanly possible, and remember to check the date

Yes you can. You can upgrade to a subscription that is different than your current one, but not to extent the
subscription time on the current subscription that you have, you have to wait until the subscription expires then
renew with another plan. If you want to upgrade your subscription it must be for the same State subscription, but
not for a different State. A weekly subscription can upgrade to a subscription with "HotPicks" or "Combo", it cannot
upgrade to a regular monthly subscription. A weekly subscription must expire to upgrade to regular monthly
subscription. A regular monthly subscription can upgrade to a subscription with "HotPicks" or "Combo". A single
"Hotpicks" subscription can upgrade to "Combo" subscription. If you upgrade your subscription, the payment
and time does not roll over or merge with to your current subscription, these are separate purchases and
separate subscription times. You can mix Pick3 and Pick4 subscriptions during purchase or add a different game
subscription later while you have current subscription for that same State. If you have a Pick3 subscription and
decide you want to try a Pick4 subscription, just login to your account, and go to “Add/Renew Subscription” select
the same State that you have a subscription with, and go to the Pick4 section and select a subscription and
purchase. If you want to change your State subscription plan, you have to cancel your current one and wait until
the subscription expires, then renew you subscription with a different State subscription plan. To downgrade any
subscription that you have, you have to cancel your current one and wait until the subscription expires, then renew
you subscription with a different one.
The subscriptions time and use start from the time you sign up to the time your subscription plan ends. The site
